Fed Cuts Again - Future Unclear

Posted on April 30, 2008
What does it mean to you?  The Federal Reserve cut interest rates today for the seventh straight time since September of last year. Posted on March 21, 2008
Q. Should I call the listing agent when I see a home I like?

A
. This is the first thing that most buyers (over 95%) think of when they see a house they like.  Since majority of people don't know or have a trusted agent on hand as a mentor that can inform them on a regular basis and represent them as need be, their only recourse is to contact the person whose name and number appears on the sign post, even though they have no clue who this person is.  That is fine if you are not ready to buy, which most people at this stage aren't prepared to buy a home.  Being Prepared is the magic word in any endeavor, even in real estate.
